Seto Chan

Seto Chan collects minimal data, only what's necessary to run properly:

General Usage Data:

• Your Discord User ID
• Server ID
• Command usage history (commands used, timestamps, etc.)
• Prompt count and success/fail logs for rate limiting

Premium Users – Payment Data:

If you purchase premium features, we collect and store:

• Your email address
• Your Discord ID (linked to your premium account)
• Purchase ID and subscription status
• Plan type (premium or ultra premium) and expiration date

We do NOT collect or store:

• Prompt contents (messages you send to the bot)
• Personal information like your real name, phone number, or passwords
• Payment methods or credit card information (handled by Gumroad)

Seto Chan uses third-party AI services (e.g. Google Gemini free tier) to generate content.

Seto Chan will never ask for:

• Your real name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Passwords or login info

If someone does—it's not us.

Note: In our official support server, we may ask for your email address and proof of payment if you encounter an issue and premium was not activated.

We use collected data strictly to:

• Enforce rate limits
• Detect spam or abuse
• Enable premium features
• Improve bot functionality (like tracking failed generations)
• Process and log premium payments (email and purchase data)
• Verify premium subscription status for feature access

Payment data (email, purchase ID, subscription info) is only used for payment processing and access control. It is never sold, shared, or used for marketing purposes.

We store only basic bot usage data in a secure database.

No sensitive info is saved, and logs are cleaned up regularly.

By using Seto Chan, you agree to:

• Avoid sending private or sensitive info
• Not use the bot for harmful, abusive, or illegal activity
• Use the bot respectfully and within its limitations

We may update this policy anytime.
