You may NOT use Seto Chan to:

• Raid, spam, or nuke servers
• Generate or manage scam, harmful, NSFW, or illegal communities
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Trick others using AI-generated content

We reserve the right to block or ban users who misuse Seto Chan.

To function properly, Seto Chan requires full server permissions, including but not limited to:

• Managing channels, roles, messages, and server settings
• Editing permissions
• Renaming the server
• Changing server icons, banners, and more

Without these permissions, Seto Chan will not work properly.

Seto Chan will mass edit, delete, and modify your server in order to complete generation processes.

This includes:

• Deleting channels, roles, and categories
• Renaming or resetting the server
• Changing permissions
• Updating banners, icons, and settings

You accept full responsibility for any changes made.

We are not liable for data loss or unwanted edits.

Always test in a separate environment if unsure.

Rate limits vary by tier and are enforced to prevent spam or overload:

Attempting to bypass these (alts, spamming, exploits) = instant ban.

Seto Chan is free to use for personal or non-commercial projects.

• You own the content generated by Seto Chan for your server
• You may modify, reuse, or share what you make
• But you do NOT own Seto Chan, its code, branding, features, or generation system

Reverse-engineering, copying features, or creating clones is not allowed.

Seto Chan does not use prebuilt templates.

Everything is generated dynamically using AI models based on your input.

We care about privacy:

• We do NOT collect messages, passwords, or sensitive content
• We store only basic info like user ID, command usage, and timestamps for rate limiting
• We do NOT sell or share your data

Seto Chan is provided "as-is" with no warranty.

• We do not guarantee uptime, stability, or perfect results
• We are not liable for any damages or issues caused by the Bot or AI outputs

Use at your own risk.

We may block, suspend, or limit your access at any time if:

• You break these Terms
• You attempt to abuse, exploit, or attack the system
• You spam support or behave maliciously

No refund or appeal required.

We may update these Terms of Service anytime. Continued use of Seto Chan means you accept the new terms.
